Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Geareach’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

If any of the products you purchase are faulty and do not work as expected, please contact us to arrange to have them exchanged or refunded. Unfortunately we will not be able to exchange or refund undergarments due to hygiene concerns.
If the price of items you want to exchange it for is greater than the one purchased, a payment for the difference may be required.
Please make sure to also send a proof that the item that you receive is damage (photo/video). We can replace/refund the item that you received damaged within 7 days after the date that you received your order.
Freight collect or COD returns will not be accepted. Shipping charges are NOT refundable.
